hi haka, good to hear from you again btw. I got an email from the Australian rep (can't remember his name) after I emailled them a few months ago. It was about whether they'd be used in the Mitsubisi. He said they cant reveal that info but they have an ongoing relationship with Mitsubishi and that if a purchase order is made it will be required to have an announcement by the ASX.
From the example of the QPC order above it may not have to mention names but I don't know if that differs from the US to Australia, but we should be able to figure it out among us. And from the example of the Pirelli announcement from Arasor it seems like numbers don't even have to be mentioned. All a bit silly really.
Sounds like you could just announce to the market we had an order today and that's it. very confusing. Just as long as an announcement is made.
