Fix, what if there was a standing order with Texas? Not sure there is but just going through the possibilities in my head.
Also what are the regs supposing we have a gag order by Mitsu on the suppliers of the new tech. Would the company have to release the info to the market supposing there was a legal contract stating they werent allowed to release information? Suppose it could be an ambiguous release as you alluded to?
