trouble now is, that Icon has only got a 40% interest to play with. i guess plus the interest in upper 218.
i keep thinking of the Chinese parties behind the GSA - musing that maybe the Chinese backers of LNG might be intersted in taking a stake in upstream gas? makes some sense - but who knows?
yep, given that BPT SP is strong, a scrip offer for ICN would be possible.
i wonder if BPT has any preemptive rights over ICn share of 855?
