Seems to me that there is a whole lot of talk going that is basically disquising the real issue re start of processing. Conspiracy theories, demonstrations, name calling etc all smoke at this stage. Maybe there is an element of truth in them.
BUT
Lynas has NOT said that the plant is 100% ready and until it is the talk is all just that... talk. Statements have been made that they are able to go within 3 weeks of TOL issuance etc...but have never said that they are 100% ready!
Their last announcement was in May when the first feed was planned for...Q2
Well we're past Q2 and no announcement that the plant is 100% ready. Maybe...just maybe it suits Lynas to have the current TOL delay.
I rest my case
