After speaking to Gloria this morning , I have decided that i will respect her request and preference for me not to post the email response here.
Although , the best way for you or anyone else to get the information from the horses mouth about the construction of Phase 1 LAMP update is to simply email them and ask them for an update.
Gloria has been pretty good with timely replies recently. You should get the same response i did, which was different to the typical replies i received in the recent past about this issue.
Otherwise just wait it out another 10 days or so , all will come out in good time in the quartely report.
Now where's that TOL !
