I'm afraid to agree that 5c is quite possible given the "star" lining up:

- U is currently despised by the market
- US is sinking fast and sucking the whole market down with it.
- Management seem to be doing very little - probably not wanting to spend too much money so they can pay their salaries for longer prior to the next CR.
- Diversifying with Copper, Tin and base metals was a good strategy, just that base metals and copper are not market favourites at the moment either, so no value added to SP for that.
