    I'm pretty sure Fourdollars' hypothesis is illegal.

    I'm expecting a 25% placement with a long dated Cap Raise or rights issue as we saw in April. That will kick in about 5 mill. December is a bad time to be going cap in hand to investors. Maybe Magna will extend the short term loan.

    Either way, it's a level of uncertainty I can live without.
