- find another Indonesian benefactor? (maybe not while Uncle Tony is in charge);

- bank extends further finance?

- 25% capital raising gets done at a premium to prevailing SP?

Maybe you won't be hoping the conspiracy theory is wrong this time next week ....!

On a serious note, I'm very surprised the capital raising wasn't announced the day after the AGM. I can't think of a single reason for delaying it (that makes sense to existing retail shareholders). It may already be possible to make a case that the company is trading insolvent given the contents of the last cashflow statement and the remaining time left before debt repayments are due.

I just don't believe that the existing Board / Management is simply going to watch the company walk-the-plank, and expose themselves in the process. I smell a rat and I reckon there are a bunch of people with golden parachutes firmly attached and with rip-cord in hand ..... I just don't think any of them are retail shareholders.
