    The information you are posting about PRR is completely incorrect.

    The stock has NEVER traded at $2 or anything close to that.
    The highest it has traded was around 43 cents around the time it was pending listing on the NASDAQ.

    Furthermore it has NEVER done a share consolidation.

    I have held PRR stock for over 5 years.
