You have inadvertently hit the nail on the head - 'if the news is confirmed'.
If the 'news' is not entirely accurate, this will go straight up to 15-20c. You, then, are basing your investments on one poorly written article with no author.
The stock should not be trading until the 'news' is cleared up; but it is, and you are purposely feeding the fire.
