Horse, With this point I agree. Greed caused the situation they got themselves in to, by trying to maximise their purchasing powers and stretching it to the limit. A bit more research and a bit more thoughts before acting could have avoided this situation. And.....

"(People need to be responsable for their actions. I think we are too quick these days to blame others for our mistakes or our carelessness. )"

With this comment I agree with you also but, one cannot help taking pity for someone else's demise.
