Yep family court sucks and it is where women (generally) claim some level of abuse to get the upper hand or at least put you on the defensive.
The best advice I can give you is keep your cool and don't let it get to you. You are there for your kids and it can be satisfying watching the ex hyperventilate because they don't get the bad reaction they are trying to provoke.
And don't forget if you don't agree with your ex's decisions and say as much you will be a bully.
