I voted yes and am happy with my decision.Doesnt mean I was ever happy with the deal though.I voted yes because FML had proven that they could not run the business in a consistently profitable manner.To expect outcomes to change without changing anything else is delusional.I saw 2 options, yes to the deal with the new money allowing allowing a change or spill the board allowing a different change.I voted for both of those to occur, If one or both of them got up, a change was guarenteed. A change was all I was after, only time will tell if it works.To many people seem to expect instant gratification and results when it come to the share price and company actions.
