In my opinion it was going to be the best way to exploit the assets and bring about change.
In my opinion, contrary to some very vocal others, FML share price is no where near reflecting the value of its assets. In my opinion management and the BOD may not be realising the full value from these assets but there was little we could do as shareholders. With SD potentially at 51% there will be a lot that can be done to ensure the BOD and Management extract the best value for share holders or they can be replaced in my opinion.
In my opinion if the deal is approved in China it has the potential to substaially lower FMLs cash costs through increased grades as a result of further drilling and/or M&A.
I my opinion the price is reflecting very very poor sentiment. I purchased quite a lot of FXJ around the high 30cent and low 40 cent levels on the same basis.
