who stops development of adx-sp?

I don't believe, that elections have a great influence on ADX-SP. Tunesia cannot be compared with other states in Africa.
The people are well educated and they want to have a chance, to get closer to Europe. There are a lot of basic-connections to France, so I think, it could even be possible, that Tunesia may enter the EU one day.

But some observations: Is the broker still on side of ADX?
Or is he influencing the SP? Always at the end of trading he pushes SP back to lower prices.Or is he trading ADX himself?
