Personally I am amazed that the company managed to get investors to line up for more shares. I am trying to rationalize the motivation and the only thing I can come up with is that they did this to try and stag the deal, but selling out before the shares broke below the 11.3 cent offering price? I think the share price move explains that today.
Clearly there are people on this forum who subscribed for the SPP. Maybe some of them can shed light on why they would pour more money into this stock?
