Obviously, the dollar won't move down in a straight line. There could be miniscule recoveries from time to time.
But the dollar *is* on the way down.
If BW doesn't agree he should take on a bet that in his opinion the dollar will be more than 84 cents by Christmas.
That will be his third fiasco; the others were gold and oil. Seems nothing left to bet on.
