This continuing series of announcements are, imo, designed to lock someone into the debt funding...they are "gap fillers" until the party or parties are "convinced" of the merits of the various resources within POS territory....whilst positive in and of themselves, i still believe there is a parallel conversation that DS and others cannot get over the line....we'll see....as usual, the boys in the Aaark continue to wait...
