Wouldn't touch with a bargepole. Strategy is not clear. Record of poor execution. And mow trying to compete with the other banks on price. They need a proper banker as CEO not a management consultant.
Oh and a very poor record on risk management, the lifeblood of a good bank.
ANZ and CBA are the standout picks in the banking sector IMO
who thinks nab is cheap currently, page-22
