The latest screw-up I read about the other day was their UK sub (Yorkshire & Clydesdale Bank) has been under-charging about 18,000 variable rate mortgage holders & now expect those customers to pay up the short-fall. Most will tell 'em to get stuffed. This "news" is 6 months old and I've seen nothing about it in Co. announcments. How do these clowns keep their jobs? I've gotta be out of my mind for being a shareholder for so long, or some kind'a masochist. If we don't get a substsntial increase in the next dividend, I'm outta here. Sentiment......Frustrated
