I have no idea if the price is manipulated up or down. All I know there are constant small trades of a few shares at a time. A few weeks ago they were selling very small parcel of shares and now they are buying very small parcel of shares. For example at 10:36:19 AM 5 shares were bought for $0.295 a total value of $ 1.475. I wonder what the brokerage cost would be would they pay $30 to buy $1.475 worth of PRR shares?
