We have clowns running the country at the moment and they are blaming the overseas meltdown as a reason to spend our large surplus to avoid something that may not happen in Australia . !2 years of conservative spending and reducing our debts overseas to create this surplus . will take this government 12 months to spend it and then start racking up a bloody big deficit .
