WELL......KapitalK,we did tread our own path,and have been to 8 auctions so far,looking to buy,and guess what;only one of the 8 managed to sell,with the rest being passed in.
CONCLUSION......real clearance rate 12.5%
And that's what we actually observed in outer Sydney.
