sorry Badda,was typing as u posted.....check out my previous post to see which way...........but I think it is slowing all ways as many homes are on the market for months on end.I am looking for a house for family member and agents are saying(Honest agent,yea know they are rare)anything over $300K just not selling.Many have been pulled off the market from earlier in the year and are now being relisted again.....times are tuff,I guess.
