CEO/mgnt ve said merger is better for shareholders.
Since then share price drops from 90c to 69c....
Merger will go ahead or not, it is depend on the shareholder votes, so you know who to blame..of course the shareholders.
CEO/Directors/Mgnt run BTA show, the share goes down they are to blame as well...
Who are selling the shares at the lower price ? must be the shareholders....some shareholders are happy with BTA, merger...some other dont....deep down the shareholders are to blame big or small probably the small holders...
The real concern is how to make BTA shareholders stick together, happy with BTA....stop whinging, stop selling at the ridiculous price...at least back to the original state 90c and vote NO to the merger if you are not happy with the merger.
Look after your own best stock BTA, i wish i can continue to stock up at the bottom price while i can bc the bta is to stay...still wondering why they can afford to sell at the loss price...they must be a very best investers...
