thanks for the post. He said there were unconfirmed rumours about GSK giving relenza back to BTA. In the court documents from GSK it noted several GSK emails eluding to the fact GSK were about to hand back relenza to BTA and it was only jean-paul at the last minute that stopped it. I mean last minute. Molloy was in europe, the deal had been done and just needed the sign off.

Maybe someone can dredge up these old HC posts. Remember these same GSK statements had emails of Australian GSK senior mgmt commenting on the lack of support for relenza. It was gold and BTA pissed it all away for no good reason other than a change of legal opinion based on something we will never know.
