Whilst your letter has a lot of content, I'm a bit concern that whoever gets it doesn't have the patience to read it all the way through, it is a common phenomenon with people these days, unfortunately. In my experience, a lot of people don't bother to read past the first sentence!
I just like to point this out to those of you who also intend to lodge your complaints, something to bear in mind.
