Anyone have contacts of the newly formed ACRE? I think it would be productive seeking their opinion of Carnegie's technology considering they're handing out the rest of the REDP. Carnegie could still well get some $$$ if I read it right: "ACRE will also manage remaining REDP funds" from the government's announcement.
