I would agree. I think 4.5-5 years is realistic, to see a lot of value unlocked. Maybe longer, if you're prepared to hang around. A lot of things
can of course change over that time, company, management. There may be better growth opportunities to show up to diversify
into etc.
That (10 years) is a long time period for most of us though, particularly the older investors. Now if the company pays good dividends and
keeps growing, there is more incentive to hold.
