There is none better I have seen than MECU, 9.24%.

Also Citibank do some pretty good offers on transfer amounts, worth considering having several, which you can just transfer on offers for 12 months, then you may only pay 2.99% or silimar.

Maybe even zero percent, but you need to obviously qualify to hold several of these cards at suitable limits.
