Why is Gillard/ Greens and the ALP so quiet about this aspect of the Carbon Tax introduction (that shifts to an ETS CO2/tonne price in 2015)?!
An exert in the industry's own 'expert words', regarding modelling of the Carbon Price post 2015.
"Furthermore, all modelling indicates that the carbon price will dramatically increase beyond the fixed price period (i.e. after 2015) so the incentive to ?lock in? a long-term and discounted price (i.e. fixed or floating discount to market price) is attractive."
