    with the GRKO at exercise price of 3 point 6 cents - would they issue the new FREE oppies with an exercise price of 1 point 2 cents.

    Is this same offer (opportunity to buy GRK share at $0.009 with a free 2015 option exerciseable at 1.2c)available to all shareholders ?
