    SWG produces and post produces feature films, television series, cinema and television commercials, music videos, television advertising and other audio-visual content for many Australian corporations. SWG has three divisions: Digital Production and Post Production (Swish Media); Digital Video on Demand (Swish Interactive); and Digital Signage.

    The Swish Group Limited (SWG) is involved in the area of digital media, including film and television production and postproduction, location television, hotel digital video on demand and high end digital duplication services to advertising agencies and television networks.

    Digital Media business:
    In July 2003 the company acquired a 51% interest in InformTV Pty Ltd, to develop its location-based audiovisual programming and advertising business, and a 51% interest in SX Technology Pty Ltd, a company formed to develop the HoteLinx hotel based digital video on demand, communication and services network business. In March 2004 SWG acquired the 49% of SX Technology owned by Xerts, thus converting the joint venture into a 100% owned subsidiary. In June 2004, the company completed the first overseas sale of the system.

    Afterpost and Swish Sound acquisitions:
    In October 2003, SWG acquired the business and assets of Afterpost Pty Ltd, a business involved in high end, digital duplication services to advertising agencies and television networks. The company also acquired 51% of Swish Sound Pty Ltd, a company formed to operate the A Higher Sound record label.

    Swish Transit:
    In June 2004, SWG formed Swish Transit Pty Ltd to acquire the business of GRV Media Pty Ltd, a provider of audiovisual entertainment and advertising programs for public transport networks. SWG now operates a digital audiovisual entertainment and advertising system on Sydney’s light rail network.

    Kids Connect acquisition:
    In March 2004, the company acquired 70% of Kids Connect Pty Ltd, which produces advertising and infomercials aimed at parents and children for the free to air and subscription television networks.

    Location TV acquisition:
    On 22 November 2004, SWG’s wholly owned subsidiary, Inform TV, entered into an agreement to acquire all of the business and assets of Location TV Pty Ltd, which owns and operates the Good Health Television and Gymvision out of home Location Television networks
