I noticed that ATV has recently advertised for a Mine Develoment Engineer, to start ASAP, on the following link (ad posted 23/7/10):

Looks like another significant step towards production, and seems like ATV may be on the cusp of bringing this all together to Finance the mine, get final permitting, and set commencement dates for the gold mine at Touquoy.
In conjunction with that we may well get details of the planned TSX listing, via the work being done by Haywood Securities on behalf of the company, re securing arrangements that will enable the Financing.
With the recent Definitive Feasibility Study having been completed, the expectation could well be for some significant happenings, and associated announcements, in the near future.
