I think the Hedge Funds with their $Millions are playing on the share price more than the other 2 options.

If you were Unilife and you wanted to get rid of the shorts asap so they stop affecting your business with their publicity of twisted facts etc. and making the sp volatile.. what would be a strategy ?

Maybe say nothing and let the shorts have their way so they can exit the stock. That would mean that it would have to go down to around $2.90 on nasdaq which is .52c on ASX at current exchange rates. It will be painful but they might give up and go away. Surely the shorts have figured out by now that Unilife is getting into a stronger position, are not going to have a capital raising, have more new contracts in the pipeline and the Instos & insiders are not selling etc etc and so they got trapped and need a get out.... just a thought.
