The spinco shares are free to exisiting shareholders .
Cowan is main asset with similar geology as BH.
It could be like an IPO for a new lithium explorer with Bald Hill mine potential IMO .
By then drilling will have test holes to indicate whats there...& normal to do a C/R for more drilling ,,then later raise more $$$ for developing another mine .. all down the track but Lithium is here to stay.
MC knows how to develop a mine .....so I'm all for it.
With all the infrastructure nearby won't take long. All IMO just thinking ahead ....any opinions out there ??
