Hi Capt, though I doubt it will be MC developing it unless something changes with his role at TAW/AMAL. One of the reasons for the spin off was

"Accordingly, the Board of Tawana has acknowledged that the Assets are unlikely to garner the appropriate management focus and budgetary allocation which they warrant and require for short term advancement.”

So sounds like someone else will be focussing on Spinco whilst MC focuses on TAW/AMAL to me. Just IMHO though.
