You only require 7 participants to lodge a class action.

There are over 3000 TBA share holders, for $100 each we can fund the action. It may be the best $100 you ever invested.

There will be D&O Insurance, and the Directors will all have assets that may be available if they have traded insolvent. Claw back on salary may also be possible if found to be not acting in the best interest. There is also the famous statement "Fully funded to mining" that we all believed.

If this is found to be a false and miss leading statement, we are open to litigate.
