    While it sounds easy in theory to launch a class action, in fact unless you have a financial backer/litigation funder willing to fund it no law firm will participate.

    NXR has no money so really what is this class action all about.

    This will be all over in a few months time and the NXR threads will be assigned to the dustbin of failed companies.
