Follow FA and hold for a medium term. In a bear market? So many great announcements and the SP of numerous companies going nowhere. So much great FA and the SP of numerous companies going absolutely nowhere. FA is about as usefull in this market as an inverted cup is for having a "cuppa".
Certified, you trade/invest anyway that suits you. Most of all take anything you read on a public forum with a pinch of salt. That DYOR that most put at the end of posts is actually great advice.
