"nuke Moscow" Not sure that would be a good idea. The Soviets always assumed there would eventually be a nuclear war with the West. They built shelters for their population and built air defenses around their cities. The US built defenses around their Minuteman silos and told citizens in New York to get under their desks. Even now the first most advanced s500 air defense systems out of production were installed around Moscow. If Russian decision centers are destroyed the dead hand system kicks in unleashing everything the Russians have. Then there are the subs and nuclear drones. Better diplomacy than testing the MAD (mutually assured destruction ) theory. That may have to wait for Trump. The numpties currently in charge of NATO have no credibility after bragging about lying to Russia in previous peace talks.
