you seem confusing putin with God ....no right at all to make that demand
and if you are thinking strategically have a look at Kaliningrad and you'll then see the great capitols of Europe are threatened by much closer russian nukes than Ukraine is to Moscow
Moscow is a middle level power ...not a superpower ..... a gas station with nukes ....both you and putin are confused on this point
