Yep - the timings surprised me - very agressive.

They have flown under the radar for a while but I got the sense that they are ready to really step things up later this year and into next.

AS far as the EL's, Tenardi said that at the moment they were happy sitting on them until they needed to get them granted. I assume that by doing it this way they could be selective (ie target those required for stage 1) as it can be an expensive process.

Seemed like the granting of the EL's was not a concern.

Also said they were considering buying some of the farmland outright.

Also have some very forward thinking environmental strategies including sandalwood plantations which will double as a financial carrot for the surrounding farmers.

They are certainly ticking all the boxes as far as I can see..
