I believe 2 things:

1) That the Capital Raising has not gone according to plan and they still have not hit the magic numbers and still trying to gain invested support (how do we know they are oversubscribed?) And then the Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) kicks in and bingo (link to Frewak's Mega Lotto comment) investors panic and think it's a great buy and want in! When most of us know that we have been burnt before with this stock.

2) Because of point 1, they will string it out (and us) until right up to the point the have to relist which is 24th March.
