Circa 298 million shares fully diluted (276FPO + 22oppies) isn't an over issued stock by anybody's standards.

"The Donald" has a couple of months before he takes the reins and his talk/promise of an infrastructure spend has got the base metals markets smiling a little bit.

Whether he follows through and what happens to the base metals longer term is irreverent at the moment as any excuse to get things rolling is a "good excuse"

Nobody in the media seemed think the Coking Coal Rally would last and well, it progress speaks for itself.
