If it is a cash offer I reckon it will be in the 60's minimum . That is 40% on todays close and cheap at that for the value of the Platinum they hold inground .

If it is a scrip and cash offer I punt 1 NKP share for every 2 IGC and around 15 cents cash . It is funny that NKP closed at double the IGC shareprice after being down all day . Propped close ?

Whatever it is, it is a worthy investment to keep shares in the project because it has all the signs of being a mid to long term wealth creator, imo .
