    Interestingly all replies to the thread mention NKP as the likely suitor .

    The above quote by "insidemoney" was the only one to suggest a scrip takeover . Current shareprice of IGC is half of NKP (ignore market cap) . 2 for 1 maybe wth a cash component incentive ?
