SP is just drifting ATM I believe. Volume is very low and the chart confirms there is buying rather than selling even though the SP is going lower. I would start to worry if volume to the downside starts to increase but it appears to me those mostly small holders know that there will probably be no announcements till end of year and are selling to take advantage of other opportunities in the sector. BUD yesterday, XPE and WGL today. I actually think investment in WBT right now is a good time but others may disagree. I am keeping a close watch on the chart as it is at a very interesting juncture, especially the money flow indicator.
