classic scenario--little interest brings tremendous opportunity to apply pressure to sp., considering the fiscal cliff is a hot point of media discussion it would not surprise to see a tremendous buying opportunity in FMS.
while regulatory oversight has improved, movement in sp. can easily be disguised as a shift in sentiment,however
i tend to think of market makers as crocodiles with a tear in their eye-or alternatively what does a croc think about?
