Hi All,

Hopefully we are going into the last weekend where we have significant uncertainty in respect of whether a takeover will occur or what the offer price might be.

Based on the indicative 52 cent per share takeover price guidance previously provided by WCL materialising into an actual bid at 52 cents per share, how many of you would accept the offer?

I understand that there are both shorter term holders and long term holders who may believe that 52 cents per share is ‘good enough’, but I for one would not accept 52 cents per share.
